Ingredients

  • Large potatoes 3 pc
  • Large onions 3 pc
  • Semi dried tomatoes 8 pc
  • Oregano sprigs, leaves removed 10 gr
  • Goats cheese 150 gr
  • Salt and papper To your taste

Instructions

  1. Pre heat your oven to 200 C on fan assist. Line the bottom of a solid base pan with baking paper.

  2. In a small sauce pan combine butter and sugar oven a low heat then increase the heat while strring. Bring to the boil and thiken, be careful not to burn. Drizzle over the base of the pan then decorate with individual oregano leaves.

  3. Over lap the potato slices around the pan and truck in the semi dried tomatoes.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until brow and puffed. Remove from the oven.
